The Unchanging Power of God's Word

“The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.” — Isaiah 40:8

This is one of my favorite Bible verses. I posted a video message about this a few weeks ago. In a world that constantly changes, there is one unshakeable truth: God's promises and His Word remain forever.

No matter what I face, the uncertainties of life, times of transition, or seasons of doubt, God’s Word is a steady anchor. It is eternal, unchanging, and trustworthy. When everything else seems to fade away, His promises stand firm.

In a fleeting world, God's truth is a refuge, a firm foundation that sustains us, guides us, and renews our hope. His Word is a declaration of love, grace, and purpose, yesterday, today, and forever.

I choose to cling to His Word. I will hold on to His promises, knowing they are eternal and unchanging. When the storm clouds gather and the seasons change, His Word remains, bringing hope, comfort, and life.

Prayer:

Lord, thank You for Your everlasting Word. In a world that changes so rapidly, Your promises stand firm. Help me to trust in Your truth, to dwell in Your Word, and to find hope in You. May Your Word be my anchor today and always. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
