Living Truly in Christ
"I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me." — Galatians 2:20
Sometimes, the most profound truth is simply this: Your life is no longer just your own. When you accepted Jesus, you were crucified with Him, and now, it’s His life alive within you.
This is the essence of true discipleship:
Living not in our fleshly strength, but in a powered life of faith; faith rooted in His incredible love and sacrifice. His love for you was so great that He gave Himself completely for your redemption. And in return, He now dwells in your heart, shaping your motives, your desires, and your words.
Your strength isn’t in your own effort, your victory is in walking daily in His Spirit, trusting that His life within you is enough to face every challenge. Every decision, every act of love, and every moment in faith is a reflection of Christ living in you.
Say out loud: “Christ lives in me, and His love is greater than my fears, doubts, or failures.” Walk in the assurance that His Spirit is working within you to make you more like Jesus every day.
Meditate on Galatians 2:20 and let it shape your identity today. In every situation, choose to live by faith in Jesus, relying on His strength and love. Let His love motivate your actions and your words, knowing you’re a vessel filled with His Spirit.
You are not just living your life, you are living His life through you. His love and power are enough to transform every part of your day, to make you more like Jesus, and to reflect His glory in all you do.
Prayer:
Father, I thank You that I am crucified with Christ and that Christ lives in me. Help me to walk daily in this truth. Fill my heart with Your love, strengthen my faith, and guide my every step so I may reflect Christ’s life and love. Use me today for Your glory, and help me live fully in the power of Your Spirit. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
